• Front leaf spring conversion about 8" lift
• Custom bumpers
• 36" swampers on 15x8 black wagonwheels
• Currie motor mounts, daystar trans mount
• Late model modine radiator
• Spintec exhaust
• uniden cb, Jensen fm/cd
• 1-2 trans over ride switch 
• 8.8 rear from 89 Lincoln Mark VII
• 4.56 gears
• Cut fenders
   

When asked about his XJ, he said:

"My 87 XJ limited was bought (or recycled?) from a local salvage yard, it needed a motor but had an excellent interior and straight body.  Made all my suspension mod's so that I could always go back to a stock style suspension if I needed to.  At Motorfest 03 show-n-shine in Orlando we won 1st place in Jeep SUV Wild Category.  My daughter Hannah(4) is my spotter/instigator."

• Best mod: leaf springs in front (better ride than my 6-7" w/short arms), Swampers, and paint that wont let it get lost.   

• Worst mod:4.56 gears (should have had 4.88's) and paint that wont let it get lost.

• Most often broken part: front axle ujoints(3)
